Inspired by Istanbul Aydin University’s commitment to its objectives and understanding its importance in today’s global landscape, the IAUMUN Club was founded in 2023. Committed to bringing the Model United Nations experience to our campus, our dedicated members share a deep passion for MUN and are driven by the desire to provide others with the same enriching experiences they’ve had. Our primary goal is to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to partake in MUN conferences, just as we have, and to do so in the most inclusive and impactful manner. By aligning with UNESCO’s mission to promote peace and human development, the IAUMUN Club aims to foster a culture of peace while uniting students from diverse backgrounds through our annual Model United Nations Conferences.
OUR VISION
At IAUMUN, we aim to lead as Istanbul’s premier Model United Nations club, distinguished by our commitment, dedication, and alignment with UNESCO’s values. Our mission is to empower students through the language of diplomacy and peace, fostering exceptional delegates and supporting those interested in the organizational aspects of MUN conferences. We’re dedicated to building a legacy that future generations of members will uphold, ensuring the continued growth and impact of IAUMUN well beyond today.
OUR MISSION
Aligned with our core vision, the IAUMUN Club is dedicated to orchestrating annual Model United Nations events that not only surpass the expectations of Istanbul Aydin University and its students, but also serve as invaluable learning experiences for delegates.
